At BodyRx, we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the well-being of mind, body, and spirit. We are able to tailor each to treatment to each individual’s own needs.
It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Out of respect for other guests and our spa staff we do enforce a cancellation/no show policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or missing the scheduled appointment are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
Visitors & Children Policy:
Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa. In accordance to this policy, we are unable to provide spa services to guest accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones or other devices to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in a very soft voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist or aesthetician should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa service.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. If you do not receive emails from us, please let us know so that we can add you to our email list.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa in person or by phone at 502.882.8680. Gift certificates for massage services need to be purchased separately from BodyRx gift certificates. Please specify if you would like a gift certificate for massage. All other services and products are covered under the BodyRx gift certificate.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa service packages that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other spa services of equal value.
Gratuity is not expected but is appreciated for a job well done.
Check In & Late Arrivals:
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time, especially if you are a new client. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Beyond the check in policies, we invite all our guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee in our relaxation area.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. BodyRx is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotion, or third party gift certificates.
